Only You is the second book of this series and it is NOT a standalone. It pretty much picks up right where the first one left off. 

This book is torturous in all the best ways. From the action to what the characters go through, it just keeps going the pacing is fast and the parts where they are not fighting it's not slow and filler it keeps the story going and moving quickly from one scene to the next. I swear that is the hottest shower sex scene I've ever read. 

Amaya and Bane have to be one of my favorite book couples ever. They are not perfect and they have their arguments and distractions but together they are, oh boy, they are marvelous and Bane who is willing to sacrifice everything he's work for since the fall for her. Amaya is strong and stubborn, in the good way she is not a TSTL (I really hate that term too) heroine, she knows she can handle it. 

There is quite a bit that happens in this book, it introduces new characters, Gideon and Dina come back and the really big fight scene seems hopeless and the twist is unexpected. 

Overall, I didn't want to put this down once I started reading it. It is a very captivating read and Tmonique Stephens is brilliant with her active setting and emotions, you really hate the bad guys and at a couple points the good guys too but you feel sympathetic to their plinth and you want them to succeed. I can't wait for more.

I fell in love with Brecken in Bare Your Soul. What little he was in it and I knew his story was going to be Fantastic. And it is! 

Brecken knows immediately that Hadley is his, even if it was just by looking at her photograph he knew soul deep that once he saved her, and he will save her there's no doubt in his mind about that, that he would never let her go once she there in his arms.

Hadley had a falling out with her father, she found out that her was an illegal arms dealer. So she cut ties with him; but that didn't stop his enemies from kidnapping her to get to him. TWO WEEKS! she sat chained and starving and thirsty waiting for her father to do what ever it was they wanted him to do.

Brecken finds her easily enough but getting her out of the jungle is the hard part. Falling in love was the last thing on Hadley's mind when she was running for her life dirty, sweaty, starving but the brave and sexy man who rescued her has her thinking all sorts of things.

I loved this one. It was exciting and sexy; and the characters are all very likable. I love Rochelle Paige's writing style it's always a winner with me.    

When I’d glanced at the photo my client had shown me of his daughter, my hesitation ceased to exist. Only one thing mattered—saving Hadley from the men who’d taken her. The sight of her broad smile and bright green eyes staring up at me from her picture froze me in my tracks. Brown hair so dark it almost appeared black, flowed over her shoulders, stopping just above her tits. Her perky, luscious tits which looked huge on her tiny frame. I love Rochelle Paige. She has such wonderful narrative. She is one of the few authors who writes in first person that I go out of my way to read. I fell in love with her paranormal romance and this contemporary is just as good. One thing kept going through my mind when reading this and that's the BDSM dynamic of Daddies/littlies. OK before you jump to conclusions it's not in a traditional/ taboo sense and he doesn't treat her as a little girl but their relationship falls into that kind of dynamic being more Dom/princess. (Technicalities she would more than likely be a warrior princess submissive) I love how patient Morgan is with Angelica and how he is ready to take on the world for her.

Angelica wasn't ready to be an adult but her circumstances didn't give her a chance, after spending most of high school taking care of her dying mother and making sure she would go to college she didn't have much time to be a teenager. Soon after graduation she was faced with having to make arrangements for college. Desperate for a job her only chance to make enough to pay tuition was stripping. She was thorough, she did her research and found the place safest and paid the best. But things didn't go as planned with her audition.

Morgan knew instantly that Angelica would never dance for him, he wanted her in his bed too badly. Angelica was ready to walk out of his life forever because she needed the work so he offered her a better position, as his personal assistant. Morgan is ready to pamper her and make everything better for her, with her hard life before hand she deserved someone to take care of her for a change. Angel doesn't need Morgan to take care of her she can do it on her own but with her feelings for him, she wants him to be happy, so she lets him.
Nothing is easy though, Morgan wants to make sure Angel wants the same thing before he bring her to his bed. Even after that Morgan has to fight for her to maintain her safety after her absentee father screws up.

Overall, this was a short and eroticlly wonderful story. I also have one question for Ms. Rochelle Paige... Will we being seeing more of Brecken???

Some of my uncertainty must have shown on my face because his hands gentled and he ran them from my hips to my back and stroked softly. He lightly tugged on the material but it didn’t fall any further. “Show me more.”
