ARC REVIEW SEAL Wolf Surrender by Terry Spear
SEAL Wolf #6, The nice thing about this series and the whole Heart of the Wolf Universe that Terry Spear's writes is that each book is a stand alone. One thing I love is that the couple always makes sure they want to mate, like they can't live without each other before they have sex because sex equates a mating in the shifter world. The chemistry, the pheromones are telling them this wolf is a good match for you but in the case of Brock and Natalie the distance of where they live and the possibility that relocating isn't possible for either of them keeps them from fully committing to each other. I loved the plot of this one, it was exciting and kept you on your toes.
Natalie was excited to to to her best friend/ sister of her heart's wedding, Angie having fell in love with a pack member of the Greystoke pack meant Natalie would have to go to Colorado for the wedding and not having any extra time she had to fly. A belligerent drunk, who was also a wolf, caused the flight to be delayed. Unfortunately at baggage claim Natalie accidentally grabbed his bag by mistake. In doing so Natalie inadvertently uncovered a ring of wolf counterfeiters.
There was instant chemistry between Brock and Natalie and the threat that the counterfeiters might be after him has his protective wolf side come out. Not wanting her alone on this he volunteers his services as a PI to track down the bad guys and protect Natalie even if that means driving down to Amarillo, TX to do so. Along the way they discover how well they work together both in her family business of the garden center and his PI work. Despite both of them saying they weren't looking for a mate Natalie and Brock make a great team in more ways than one.
Overall, it was an entertaining read, I always enjoy reading Terry Spear's Heart of the Wolf series and the spin-offs series.
